How about cardiological competence?

I asked that because I live in Samui, here only Bangkok Hospital is able about heart competence, but it's expensive and sometime they also don't have the doctor specialist.

I don't know how much cardiology capacity it has, but got generally good reviews in this thread

It is small so cardiology capacities may be limited. Would help top know the nature of the problem.

Other good bets (and less expensive) would be the military hospitals:

Royal Thai Air Force Wing 67 Hospital

Fort Wiphavadirangsit Hospita

Generally military hospitals in Thailand will treat non-military persons, have extensive capacities and are of good quality, though I have no specific feedback on these two.

Went to get a medical certificate to confirm fit to fly. on entry they insisted I went to observation as I was on oxygen. After 15 minutes seen by a Thai doctor who spoke absolutely perfect English. Had a discussion about my portaqble oxygen concentrator which he had not seen before and left with a certificate cost 150 baht.

Only thing I did not like was the way they locked the doors in until they had checked if they should let me in.
