Swinging down from Chiang Mai with the family (2 year old) and Inlaws to Phuket

Any good recommendations for a good hotel with a big pool close to the patong beach area preferably with kiddie slides

I can only remember the courtyard and holiday inn close to the beach with a good pool but those days were single

Most expats on the forum don't stay in tourist hotels so may not have recommendations.

NOt 100% open yet, so great deals to be had!

Also the new outrigger in Laguna was running some kind of promotion

I realize not Patong, but see lots of families at Phuket Orchid Resort in Karon.
