Thai Doctor with U. S. medical license

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of a Thai doctor who still has a valid U.S. medical license so he can right prescriptions that can be filled at pharmacies in USA? A friend thought there was one at Bumrungrad but doesn't have a name. I live in Pattaya but going to Bangkok is no problem. I can get my meds basically free in the US and then kind friends bring them to Thailand for me.

Doubt you scheme will work even if such a Doctor could be found.

I have my doubts too. After my doctor's visits and lab tests here, I would ask any prescriptions be faxed to my U.S. pharmacy. As mentioned I have a friend who's trying to get the name of his Thai/American doctor.

Could try Dr. Nick Walters at Mission Hosp Bangkok.

Thanks for the tip. I am not at all familiar with this hospital. He seems to be a general practitioner and I will try to get in touch with him.
