In Kampooch the villagers have a similar vehicle and sound system that they use for all sorts of parties...you name it...they have a party for it. Especially when the amp is cranked up to old traditional Khmer music at zero dark thirty! One just joins in and has fun..it's really the only way to survive the onslaught of decibles.
