They pretty much all do. The only things I can think of offhand that don't are desserts.

But different food preparers use different amounts. Some use it sparingly, some with a very heavy hand.

If the dish is being prpeared for you on order, can always request to leave it out. That will work except for curries where the msg may already be in the curry paste.

It really depends on the restaurant. Some places will use MSG, while some places only use fish sauce. Best just to ask.
