Nice work.

I agree good work thanks for posting.

1000km SE of CM? That would put you well into Cambodia.

Excellent, took me back to my married years.

john

Good post.

I'm moving this to the Best of Thailand Videos forum as it isn't specific to CM and to give more exposure to these great aerial videos to other members. A link will be kept in the CM forum though.

Excellent. The music blends well with the aerial views.

Hwy 24 runs from Nakhon Ratchasima through Buriram and Surin. How it was posted in the Chiang Mai forum I have no idea.

Google Maps suggests ~862Km by road.

I'm also curious about the CM connection, is it the buffalo or roads you don't have up there? blink.png

Although I do know that different areas have their own preference for long or short eared cattle.

Can I ask for specifics on the equipment you used to shoot this? It was very well done. I was particularly impressed with the scene of the monks going into the building. Nice work.

It's a bit flatter looking with the birds eye view .

Loved it. I drive along that highway but hadn't been this far north on it.

As a former professional corporate video producer, I am extremely impressed with the aerial to ground shots. This was done with a remote controlled camera??? EXCELLENT JOB.... catching the real flavor of Issan. I lived for 4 years in Nonsoong, 15 km south of Udon Thani... brought back many nice memories! Th Issan music soundtrack was beautiful and perfect!

Yes Barry, a terrible problem, really hope nothing else of importance happens today to mirror such an inappropriate overlook!

Just BTW: Greatly entertaining, well done & congrats, no matter where it was placed in any Thai Forum.

Speaking as someone who worked in TV Technical for 40 years, again BTW!

Phnom Penh Cambodia is 1025 km south east of Chiang Mai. A great video. clap2.gif

Who cares where it is posted - I'm just glad I got to see it! And yes - please add me to the list of finding out what equipment you used to film that.

Nice one, I also would like to know what type of drone you used to take it?

Excellent stuff. I don't see why it is not relevant. Its very nice camera work.

There is a lot less relevant stuff posted here.

A lot.

And 80 % of it is negative news mongering. A business I was in once.

Television news.

I got over it. 43 years ago.

Well done and thank you.

Wonderful piece mate, you obviously love the place like I do. Excellent music and superb editing.

More please??

Good job, one more to wonder what equipment you used.

Regarding posting originally in the CM forum. He is a CM member and most of his videos have been there. Here is another video topic and shows his gear - Temple Doi Suthep

Maybe he was visiting.

Excellent video. Tells the true story of Issan life.

Awesome! :)
