apartments with an oven ?
Anyone selling the labeled (black) 56L linked, the one we own, is selling old stock, according to Electrolux. OP not interested in countertop units anyway. I like them, since no bending over involved, though does eat up some counter space, only with all the other appliances. Never enough counter surface area, and we have a lot 🙄 Taken up by; water kettle, grinder, coffee machine, toaster, induction 'hob', oven, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer. Along with built in gas hobs & sink/drying area The stand mixer & food processor are on the 'island' counter area. They take up 1/3 of that. I can relate to the OP wanting a full western kitchen. Thinking now, also a cabinet full other appliances; another air fryer, toaster over, waffle (w/interchangeable grill plates) maker, toastie maker, hand mixer, blender, ice cream maker ... WTF I need to buy an converted van and live out of a backpack. Park at the beach & smoke doobies all day -

Human-Induced Climate Change Creates Olympic "Heat Dome" Crisis
Cancel culture is a weaponized term used by the far right only. Kinda hard to fudge temperatures as they are measured by dozens of countries around the world. Impossible. -

Mass Arrests Follow Violent Far-Right Demonstrations Across the UK
You are totally dismissing the racial undercurrents that have brought this storm to the surface. There will be more protests. There will be more riots. There may even be a civil war, who knows. But mark my words, this is just the beginning. bob. -

This applies to Harehill and Whitechapel too? According to 2tierKier this is not the case, absolute f*cking crickets from him when his Muslim voter base was rioting. -

Vancouver vs Pattaya
I also enjoyed Lake Mabprachan area a lot but when walking around the lake I got bitten by half a million mosquitos! There were lot of them. I must be allergic for them. I still have bumps and they were very painful... That was the reason I left back to Jomtien. Not a one bite 🙂 -

5 year multiple entry DTV visa (Destination Thailand) from 2024-xx-xx
A virtual tin foil hat. It would have been useful to know what Thai embassy issued the visa but seeing his extreme caution in revealing details I refrained from asking him. -

What's behind the current THB strength?
I agree with 99% of what you wrote but I'm uncertain about the MH speech being the reason for the fall on 17 July. I looked for other economic events of that date but couldn't see anything meaningful. The BOE rate change was dated 1 Aug. I do however note that USD moved against other currencies on or about that date but as said, I can't find what news was released to cause that....it would be interesting to understand. EDIT TO ADD: This may be it, on 17 July, stronger than expected US sales data reaffirmed to markets that the Fed would cuts rates sooner rather than later, various indices jumped accordingly https://finance.yahoo.com/news/stock-market-news-jul-17-133600063.html
