The MIL is hobbling round with a twisted ankle and can't get down to the shops to top up her mobile, so I wondered if I could transfer some of my balance - we're both on DTAC- over to her number.

Only differences are that the fee is now 3 baht as opposed to 2 baht and that you can transfer up to 1000 baht per month from the previous 400 baht per month.
