Yes, there is a baht bus going that way.

Service not that frequent but it goes.

Once it hits Sukhumvit, the journey is over.

Then you can walk (not that far) or take a Sukhumwit (white) baht bus, also 10 baht.

20 Baht AFAIK

Each leg is TEN baht. If you take two buses, that's TWENTY in total. Cheers.

Thank you Peter a great resource, the main challenge is knowing which route the driver is going to take, unfortunately it is liable to change at any given intersection including a few not listed on the map.
