I'm expecting a huge package from abroad and I was told that there could be a problem receiving it if I dont get a help from those local guys that meet you up front (somewhere) and offer a help with customs. True a false? If true can someone recommend one. And also I will need a transportation service from BKK to Hua Hin. My cargo is like a medium sized refrigerator.

Actually that is true, because you are not allowed to take your car up on the terrain only their cars are allowed there. I once collected a big parcel there just paid one of those guys 500 bt or so to help me. (mind you all taxes were taken care of already). It was good that this guy helped as the place was huge and it was hard to find where to go. He brought me and helped me get the parcel to my car.
