I was at the 700 year stadium last weekend and saw some race barriers and stand being put up. Is there some sort of racing coming up? Someone mentioned to me it was this weekend but I don't know any other details.

Any info or sites where I can find the info would be welcome.

huewey kewy road from ksk to the zoo and the road to mae rim were usually the first places they started putting up posters in 08 , 010 , 012

Maybe the "Red Bull Kid" and his cronies are going to line up a few Targets and see how they bounce when hit by an expensive car.

Yes racing this weekend.... Saturday and Sunday Oct 19th and 20th at 700 year stadium.

Will be Toyota Racing this time.

Looks like it will be night racing... but I don't know the exact schedule.

Times open at 13:00 - 21:00 hours.

It is on maybe once or twice a year....Toyota event, so all Toyota cars....generally racing Yaris, Vios and a few privateer races, good fun and some of them pretty good.

Free entry. Free grandstands over the other side of the football stadium (but they get very busy).

Don't forget they have truck and bike drag racing at the stadium once a month as well.

Honda did a sponsored event a few years ago at the Royal Flora.

Quite a well organised free afternoon/evening out.

Quite fun Saturday night with some excellent drift/slalom on a wet track.

Main event though is Sunday starting around noon and supposedly finishing about 10pm-my money is on an early finish though. Hope it doesnt rain all day.....
