Songkran water fights and Thai New Year party in Chiang Mai

The party started around noon and I went home around 4PM. It starts out slow but loads of water throwing, dancing, partying and fun by the time I left. Great Esan Music also. This was taken in the bar and pub area of Chiang Mai at a local hang out called Easy Bar. Enjoy. If you notice there are no Thais except the bar girls, cars won't even drive down the street. This is NOT how the Thai celebrate the New Year or Songkran. Throwing water in the face is a no no.
