I would say if you can arrange the documents and fill our your IRS 1040 long form you should be able to follow the instructions and do the immigrant visa yourself. Other have had visa service put fraudulent information on the forms so be very careful that you do not sign papers that could come back to bite you later if you do use a service. And don't believe them if they say you can not do it yourself - most people do and have no problems. Just be sure to follow the instructions and use the internet for guidance if anything is not clear (Google will likely find all kinds of information). Take your time to double check and make sure everything that needs to be entered is.

I have talked to a lawyer and I'm doing research on a couple of more however I can not explain to my fiancee what she needs my part is ok but not her part, I also cannot read Thai. I have found a couple of Immigration Law firm that advertize no Visa no money what is your opinion on them. I work all over the world and can be called out at anytime so i think having one of them do it would be the hassle free way as long as they are legit.

Be aware of visa agents that claim a success rate at 100% - it's a lie! :o Simply because it's impossible! And that alone tells what kind of agent he is! As for "No Visa No Money"...you will have to pay upfront anyway and there are "conditions"...

But generally I would say that a RELIABLE and EXPERIENCED visa agent can save you a lot of time and worries! :D
