That should be sufficient for most live tv streams if that speed is stable. Take note you test to a dedicated test server in London, IPTV services obviously don't stream from that server, or most likely not from the UK at all, so that test result is just an indication. Finally, I presume you did the test on the TV itself, because a speed test on your phone may give a completely different result than on your TV -
