Greetings,

Am here helping to shut down a deceased relative's business affairs and do not want to be called out for no WP issues .

Can anyone answer me if I need to go back to my home country to get a transit visa or can I go to a Thai embassy in the SEA region ? And what is the maximum length of such a visa ?

Thanks

That depends on your nationality.

Some nationalities can only apply in their home country (or country of residence), while most nationalities can apply at any Thai consulate.
