I have a small pond not far from the house and a small vegetable garden. I want to put in a small pump to supple one or tow hoses. I have looked at the ones (electric) at GobalHouse and others that cost about 2000 baht. Has anyone got experience with these? I don't want to use the sump type.

Go to a tropical fish store and get one of theirs, they will know what size you need if you provide them with the distance to be pumped and if there is any major "lift" required.

I have one that cost around 2,000 THB and it has been running non stop for a year now. Unfortunately I threw away the box so I can't give you the brand name
