My girlfriend lives in Phitsanulok and I'm looking for a good English school for her to attend. She's currently studying at university full time so a school that has evening classes would be good. I'm more concerned with quality than with price.

Can students in Thai universities enrol in English classes on an ad hoc basis even if they're studying in a different faculty?

And how does the quality of English tuition compare between a decent university and a private English college?

There is an AUA in Phitsanulok. I'm pretty sure they have evening classes. Go to www.auathailand.org and search for branches.
