it's a big vietnamese truck I shot in Nakhon Phanom , waiting for the ferry on the Mekong ;

it was before the bridge of Freedom was built , a little bit north of Nakhon Phanom .

^^^ Assurant...That's not a Vietnamese truck it is an American truck in Vietnam.

Don't know about today's models but they've been around for ages & were

taken over by Daimler Benz in the mid-late 80's. Along with Peterbllt & Mack

the Freightliner was a common sight on US highways for ages.

^^^ Assurant...That's not a Vietnamese truck it is an American truck in Vietnam.

I know , sunshine51 ; it's a freightliner so an american one; I didn't shot the photo in Vietnam but in Nakhon Phanom , Thailand .

but I said a vietnamese one because its plates are from Saigon , sorry Ho Chi Minh City ;

I was an international trucker during 13 years ; and we used to say :

have a look at this beautiful thai truck and the truck is a Volvo one ...( from Sweden but made in Rayong )

Another truck on the main road 22 , not far from my village .
