Do you have a (some) favorite photography blog(s) that you read regularly?

Featured Replies

I know that I have gained a lot of information and inspiration from several photography blogs that I think are excellent. Here is a partial list of my favorite blogs. These are blogs by professional photographers none of whom do I have a personal connection with.

http://www.ianplant.com/blog/

http://davidduchemin.com

http://www.photocascadia.com/blog/

So, what blogs do you read and can recommend to those wishing to learn more or be inspired by 'good' photography?

Ming Thein is all you need.

I've just spent the last few hours poring over many of his articles and he really is fantastic however, what appears to be lacking is more depth with regard to landscape photography. Now I realize that much of what he teaches pertains to ALL forms of photography but I enjoy seeing the imagery and learning from landscape photog professionals. I also like the writings and musings of Guy Tal.

That being said, I plan to spend many more hours going through the myriad of writings on Thein's web-site. Thanks again to Fimgirl for the heads-up to this site.

Don't forget the GetDpi site. Some incredibly good photographers contribute to that forum and the technical input is excellent. I learn a great deal from that forum.

My first glance at it led me to believe it was mostly a forum and fairly tech related. I don't like to spend too much time on tech and equipment but rather on making and perfecting the image and the thought process behind it.

That said, I will delve into this site more in the AM.

Thanks again for your recommendations.
