Actually turning on headlights during the day while driving is an excellent way of preventing road accidents, many countries do this and the results were fantastic, with pedestrian accidents down by almost 38% and car collisions on main roads down to an incredible 45% were statistically reported by many countries.

Back in the 70's all their "indoctrination" on how to run a country was done in the DDR. I would have thought the last think Yingluck wants is to have an illuminated electorate but maybe she thinks it doesn't matter since the choice between two black holes is really no choice at all.
