Buri Ram Waterpark

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Not long returned from Buri Ram but today I read somewhere that a new waterpark is being opened - Buri Ram United waterpark. Never heard or seen any advertising for this when we were there.

Can anyone tell me if this is open yet or when it is due to open? Also, where exactly it is. I have googled and seen they have a facebook page but that only shows jet skis, etc. and I cant see any info about the actual waterpark slides etc.

Thanks,

Lee

There was a place called Buriram Beach and it's been there years. No idea if it's still open!

Yes i did hear of that place but i believe this is a new one with the help or funding by Buriram FC.

I can only find a facebook page on the place but the only pic of a waterpark is like a flyer and a masterplan drawing. Everything is written in Thai which unfortunatly i cant read :-(

Still, if this has started or soon to start, what with the new GP circuits, international hotels and condo projects being built, i think Buriram will be looking up

Buriram Beach has been closed for ages.

The new water park is being built as part of the new complex involving the football stadium and the motor sport racing track.

If you travel south from Buriram town towards Prackonchai district, you cannot fail to see the stadium.

I am not sure about the completion date.

Ah thanks Puchooay, we went to the football stadium when we stayed as we were staying in the Siri Lodge around the corner by Big C.

I noticed when we were at the stadium they were doing a bit of building work but I had no idea this was where they were going to do the motor racing track etc too.

I think things are looking good for Buriram at the moment :)
