Family inn, kata beach

I just came to Phuket from Chiang Mai and looking for the room for 3-3,5 months.

Does anyone know anything about this guesthouse? Couldn't find any information about it(

It's a mid range guesthouse, central in the busy part of Kata, 10+ minutes walk to either Kata Beach or Karon Beach. What more do you want to know ?

Thank you) I just want to know if it noisy or not there. I will live with my 8,5 months old son, that's why it is important for me

Not much traffic noise as it's a cul-de-sac, about 6 or so guest houses there all with bar/restaurant on street level. Seems like a quiet area when I have a bar meal there. No idea about late evening.
