There's no way I'd play Ferdinand at the moment. He is consistently being made to look foolish these days, and his mind seems a million miles away. He's not been the same player since the forgotten dope test incident. Carragher over him anyway.

Crouch has done enough in recent games to support a starting role, but he tends to drift out of games if it's not going his way. I'd have that guy Bendix on the bench, just in case.
