Many local sauna in Nanai road Patong - but not so sure they have a pool also. Maybe the sports club in Chalong??

Falang Paradise in Chalong has a sauna, available to non-residents as well, though must be booked 24 hours in advance. There is a pool, but children must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, up by the 3 way where you can go to the Kata viewpoint or turn right on Sai Yuan.
