Temporary Office Space

I'm looking for short-term office space, 1 - 3 months, with only a month-to-month agreement.

The office space does not need to be large, but should be able to accommodate one staff person, a desk and a phone.

Preferred location: Somewhere between the Northwest side of the moat (RAM Hospital) and CMU's North-side gate (near the zoo).

Things I've Found:

I checked around and I see a shared space called Pun (which looks quite nice), but their offices are open glass and perhaps not the style I need.

I checked a space in the Empire Building (Nimanhamen) and I cannot even get someone to respond to my email inquiries about pricing and contractual obligations.

Suggestions?

I don't need something fancy. Just workable and in a fairly good location.

      Civil Judgment Against Trump Reversed

      Maybe he's ruining your mind by living in it rent free. Maybe you can clarify how Trump is ruining "your country", as in America? Start with secure borders and crime reduction. Throw in renewed foreign investment levels, approaching $10T. Maybe you think deporting illegal criminal aliens is somehow "ruining" the country? If not, what then is being ruined? I suspect strongly he is ruining the wokesters and DEI pundits ability to thrive, and maybe you are "feeling it". And for sure Trump has ruined the democrat party. He's ruined Obamas legacy after exposing his treasonous endeavors and oh yah DOGE exposed and ruined the corruption and grift in USAID, and don't forget how Trump "ruined" Biden on June 27th 2024 effectively relegating Biden to the floor under a huge Trump mop and ending Bidens hallucinations of a 2nd auto-pen term.. There are no less than 78M patriots who love how Trump's "ruining" America, and the rest of the world and likely you included is IRRELEVANT in case you haven't figured that out yet. It's called America First, exactly what Trump campaigned on and what the voters expect. Also, who's bringing peace and order back to eastern Europe, not your country, NOT EVEN close.

      They will still be fining him.......but a lot less. They have not aquitted him of the charges.....and will not aquit him.       Bank account on overstay

      Having opened a bank account with the appropriate visa, but now being on overstay, can this result in the account being blocked and closed? If you can no longer use it, can you regain access to the funds in the account before it's permanently closed?

      Box Van Crashes into Turning Truck, 2 Dead

      Picture courtesy of Khaosod. A crash occurred on the Nikom Phatthana–Pluak Daeng road near the junction of Route 15 in Rayong’s Nikom Phatthana district yesterday, resulting in two fatalities and two injuries. According to police, a box van (registration from Rayong) attempted to undertake and collided with the rear of a truck, carrying steel coils (registration from Chonburi), which was slowing to turn right. The van’s driver and a passenger seated beside him were killed instantly. Two other passengers in the vehicle sustained injuries, one critically and were taken to Nikom Phatthana Hospital for treatment. The van’s front was extensively damaged, with debris scattered across the road. The truck, which was fully loaded with steel coils, was left partially on the road, with its spare tyre dislodged and coils scattered along the roadside. Eyewitnesses reported that the box van, travelling at speed to pass the other vehicle, struck the truck as it slowed to make the turn. The force of the impact caused severe damage to both vehicles.
