I bought a roundtrip ticket. My emailed itinerary shows my return flite. But when I checked the online itinerary, I was shocked to see no return flite. Instead, there is a negative figure for balance owed.

I have not received any email or SMS or any other contact from Tigerair informing me of the change.

I need to contact Tigerair but can't find any email address. There are only phone numbers for other countries for English and what looks like a toll-free number for Thai language support, starting with 001. My question is, can I call the Thai number and find someone who speaks English? And can I call the number toll-free from my mobile phone (AIS)? Do I just dial the number straight or do I have to use a prefix like 05 or 08?

To get a little clarity on this problem, I have had flites cancelled by Cebu Pacific. The first time they emailed me a new itinerary, the second time they didn't. But at least I could communicate them thru email. Both times, they had automatically rebooked me on another flite to the same destination.

In the Tigerair case, they didn't automatically rebook me on any flite. Is this legitimate? When I looked at their online schedule (by trying to book a flite), it shows no flite available for the day I was supposed to fly. It looks like they also cancelled some other flites in the same week.

If I can contact them, what are my choices? Can I change the whole booking, both departure date and return date, for free, or do I have to keep the departure date? Can I cancel the departing flite and ask for a full refund? Are they pretty good about giving refunds in a reasonable period of time? If they say they can give me credit for another booking in the future, how do I use this?

Thanks!

I'm not working for Tiger Air, but I do know, that you are able to call toll-free numbers as they are given.

Most probably there are English speaking people on hand to help you with your issue.......just ask for one.

Yes you can call the toll free number. I think the call centre is in Malaysia or singapore. I had to contact them a while ago abt a flight too. English speaking and rather helpful the girl was. It is a toll free number.
