I heard steroids are legal and available OTC at pharmacies and there's a big weightlifting scene in Bangkok.

Assuming this is correct:

Where's some good gyms to check out?

And is true about the pharmacies?

I have low T and I used to take testosterone (prescribed) and lift weights. Significantly improved my life. Muscle mass, energy, joints, libido, and sense of well being.

If anyone has tips on acquiring supplements and meeting people into weightlifting or what gyms are really good, thank you so much!!

Lots of shops (pharmacies) on Silom and Surawong selling protein powders etc. Mostly Dymatize from what I have seen. Also a GNC around there on Silom (very near BTS saladaeng).

Personally there is a pharmacy half way up Patpong (right hand side as you enter from Silom) that affords me the best prices (by a little bit) for Dymatize.

For Roids, don't know and don't care to know. RE your low testosterone, just lift heavy and it should re-bound in a short while without the need for supplements. Mine did. Down side is I am randy all the time lol.

As far as I know testosterone is legal here but other steroids are usually made by underground labs and sold in pharmacies. These are not legal.

As for gym's I can't help you i lift alone at home in my gym.

Not sure if the rules say not to discuss hormone supplements here... used to be a no-no. Send me a private message and I can share my experience with what legal roids there are and where I got them as well as prices I paid.

I was under the impression all steroids were covered by drug acts here. As with all countries the atheletes use them in cycles but I would tread carefully when purchasing or trying to purchase these things

There is another pharmacy near around. Ask seller for price list. Don't believe people who tell that steroids is evil. It's medicine! And as every medicine it can be dangerous and helpful. I'm 44 and don't have any problems with health. Just use it very carefully. And don't use chip stuff from Pakistan/India. Only Germany and Switzerland.

gnc is a complete rip off here. try $100 for s 5 lb tub of protein powder at 24 grams a scoop.

They shrink your balls, make your hair fall out , make your hair grow, damage your kidneys , hart and liver, make your voice feminine,, there are dozens of side effects of steroids,. along with mood swings.

'the racquet club' is prob the best gym for bodybuilding, heavier weights than the true fitness or WE fitness franchises

Check out the 2 English newspapers. It's only been in last week or so there was an article that one of the Ministries was banning pharmacy sales of all 'roids within a short time.

I don't use that crap - too many downsides to a couple upsides. Just hit the gym and keep putting the plates on the bar.......
