there are none specified, but typically if one hasn't lodged a claim with either the company or made a complaint with the DOL, its customary to say 3 months after fact, as any later than that all parties would assume the employee is not interested

I think it is one year or thereabouts jusdging on previous posts about negotiating with employers and having one year in which to claim.

We don't know exactly the statute but for sure you can complain to the DOL as advised above. But the problem is

how long will it take for the complain to be solved. That is the next problem.

No limit......If you ran out and didn't pay the workers, when they find you

they will kill you............

I wouldn't get out of bed for what they pay and English teacher in Thailand.
