What is the Statute of Limitations on claim for unpaid wages?

Recommended Posts

there are none specified, but typically if one hasn't lodged a claim with either the company or made a complaint with the DOL, its customary to say 3 months after fact, as any later than that all parties would assume the employee is not interested

We don't know exactly the statute but for sure you can complain to the DOL as advised above. But the problem is

how long will it take for the complain to be solved. That is the next problem.
