I'm a smartphone novice, just bought a new Lenovo A369i phone but dismayed it comes with no detailed User Manual. The shop no help, just refers me to the 'Support' which offers only downloads of the same 'guides' as came in the box. Is there any way I can buy or download a detailed User Guide for this phone, or a general Guide that will help me?

Stop searching for help with that specific phone and simply do some googling for help on Android, the phone's operating system.

IIRC your model runs Jelly Bean (4.2) which is still relatively up to date. It's a fairly recent phone so there's a good chance it'll get a Kit Kat update in the future but upgrading the phone's OS is another ballgame altogether.

For now, all you need to do is get used to the interface and features of Android - the model of phone doesn't really factor into it too much.
