Thinking to replace my much loved Sonic,any new owner comments,only 4 gears rather than 5 on Sonic!.Have been unable to find list price online,what should I pay?Regards,old fool.

Type in Honda MSX125 Thailand in your search and there's a good chance you'll find a price.

I got one in November- I think it was 74K- fun little bike, but it encourages hooliganism.

Brakes on the Sonic suck, MSX is a more modern and fun bike - I am too big to ride one though

Just had a look at the Suzuki site. I'm not sure they sell many Jelatos if this is how they view it.

Nothing quite like the MSX125 out there, go for it. Easily the best looking little bike and it's a Honda so it should hold its value pretty well too.

I test drove one by renting it for 24hrs. Man did I hate that seat. I either sat too far forward and had problems with the clutch and foot position or I sat on that little hump and hurt my ass. The power was OK for 125cc, but I don't see why it is 30,000B more than my friend's zoomer x.

^ Honda seem to be in the habit of making stupid seats at the moment. The new Wave has a similarly badly placed hump in it as does the CB500X.

It's true the MSX-125 seat is an a$$-breaker- I've been meaning to order a better one. I have zero problems with the clutch or transmission, and at 6'2", I fit on it without a problem.

Suzuki raider has double the power of msx 125, has 6 speed tranny and much more better ergonomics. It is light and fast and cheaper than msx125.

new msx 125 comes out this week.

The MSX has a 200cc upbore kit too.

Personally, I would like to take the msx and upbore kit and better shocks and a disc brake and throw them on this:
