Need to renew my drivers liscence tomorrow.Have a workpermit + non immigrant b visa. What kind of papers/docs/copies I have to bring/show at the office? What time do they open?

You will need your original passport & WP, plus copies of passport (main page/latest stamp/arrival card) and copy WP (main page/details/latest stamp). I'm never sure if a medical certificate is required so I usually had a medial cert on hand.

Arrive 09.00 at the very latest, opens at 08.30. Gives you time for processing, any tests, in time for 10.00 video screening.

Worth ringing today to check that they are open. The did close some days last week I believe.

Everything that LivinginKata said and I have always required a slip from immigration with my address on it. So if you have a copy of your rental agreement you just need to take it to the immigration office and get a verification of your address. Last time I did that it cost me 300฿.

Mind you it seemed like a superfluous item so who knows if they still require it or not.

Regardless you may want to check with the office to figure out what the current requirements are.
