AIS Pre Pay not letting me text abroad.

As the title really. I can call internationally but sending and receiving internationally don't work. No error message or anything, just looks like it sent. I am using the +44788....... Etc but not working. I called AIS and he said should work and will get back to me tomorrow.

Any ideas what's going on? I am on the package where I pay 499 baht a month I think and get 1gb internet.

Do you have roaming ? If not, then you are not going to be able to send or receive text (SMS) messages via the phone Internationally. You can use the Internet and send text messages such as Twitter or Line but not via the phone function. You could also use Skype for International SMS but you will have to pay Skype to do that in addition to what you pay AIS for Internet
