Supercar convoy causes major delays on M6 motorway (video)
There seems to be a lead car (pick-up?) with its rear open. This potentially indicates it's a film shoot of some kind which would also explain the escort. Of course, they could've informed the public in advance. However, I'd much prefer a shoot slowing down traffic as opposed to shoots where they just close the entire road. With few alternate routes available, that would really be an inconvenience. -

TRD to Foreigner: Sorry to trouble you but we see from looking at our banks and merchants data that you've been making frequent credit card payment transactions in Thailand, using a credit card from a foreign bank and the amounts are not small. We checked with Immi and it seems you were tax resident in Thailand during the year and have been so for several years. Since a credit card transaction of that nature represents potentially assessable income in Thailand, we wonder if you should have filed a Thai tax return but overlooked it, can you please clarify? Foreigner to TRD: All good here, overseas money was pre 12/31/12 savings so not assessable here. TRD to Foreigner: Cool, would you mind coming into our offices next week to meet with us and bringing the relevant statements/paperwork with you so we can confirm your assessment is accurate? Thanks, see you Wednesday at 10am. -

The list of accounts they've withheld interest is not comprehensive of tax residents holding accounts not bearing interests. I assume sharing a systemic list of accounts transactions is against data privacy.- 1

Trump lost the respect of veterans – including me. He's a risk to our democracy.
I don't think he's had ever had the respect of the military, he has certainly never had the respect of the intelligence services and from what I hear has the respect of very few soldiers and veterans, and all of that is for very good reasons. He is not a patriot, he disrespects valuable allies, and he shows great affection and regard for despots and dictators, and that makes him a very dangerous and compromised man. -

Yes, on many roads now there is a maximum of 80 in the left lane, minimum of 100 in the middle, and maximum of 120 in the outside. Simple isn't it? Then when you get a 100 sign, does that apply to ALL lanes or what? -

When I were a lad, there was a fad in the UK for "replicars", kit cars made to look like supercars. These were invariably based on VW Beetle running-gear. It looks like a Ferrari, sadly it sounds like a Beetle, even with a flashy exhaust it's impossible to disguise the sound of a Beetle flat-four- 1
