Yeah, what about the BN302, the only solid build bike in its class - compared to these lightweight thai made rice cooker plastic racer 300cc bikes laugh.png

I finally got around to popping in today. Very swish showroom. They had an English speaking chap in there so I was able to ask questions.

I have to say I am impressed with the presentation of the Benelli. Not having loads of chrome distances it from the Keeway et al Chinese bikes. Having Armourall sprayed all over the tyres is not such a good idea if your the new owner though.

Price 289k baht. So that's CBR650 range!

They had a Yellow (Gold) 899 Italian stallion on the floor as well. Styling wize....it's certainly different! I didn't ask the price....I am really not interested!

Plus they have SYM scooters. I have a feeling they will need to sell a lot of SYM scooters to keep the doors open!

I was in the same lump of traffic as a Benelli today. It looked good from the rear and had a nice triangular exhaust, but the gas tank put it somewhere in the mid eighties.

Always a pleasure to see a variety of bikes around Chiang Mai, even if no one ever acknowledges anyone else on the road up here.
