Chiang Mai Immigration Online Appointment

I was informed it was possible to do a visa renewal by making an online appointment at Chiang Mai immigration. Has anyone used the Online Appointment recently? Do they have the URL.

Is actually all in Thai, and the various options do not seem to go to anything useful for making an appointment.

Can anyone help with recent experience and where to do an online booking.
