Cant say Ive seen one like that but it looks like a good un. Ive seen the ladle type ones in Wararot market that have a rim with slots in it so only the fat/oil is skimmed off as you press the ladle into the pot of food.

I`ll keep my eyes open on my travels.... Im thinking maybe Yok may be best bet.
