It's a UBIQUITI UniFi access point. You can buy them on Ebay for around 2,000 baht + shipping. I don't have experience with them myself but they seem to get good reviews on the Internet, and they look darn cool too! Tempted to buy one actually.

Very interesting manufacturer. Whole line of products included PoE switches, but PoE not 803af standard (48v), they use 24v instead. For niche solution perfect... Can see lineup @ Fortune IT in Bangkok

p.s. Color-changing ring exists in Cisco AP's many years ago :)
