What curtain material?

Need to put new curtains on 15 Windows. Given sun plus smog what material is easy to handle? Any efficient shop recommendations for cutting ? Simple design, fresh colors?

If you get direct sun on the windows then consider lining them with a material that is reflective on one side and dark on the other. Helps to keep the heat and light out. You can find this in most (if not all) fabric shops.

I have sun block curtins on all my windows I am very happy with them . Cost me a bit more but anytime of day I can black the rooms ...

I.S. Curtain and Decor does custom curtains and blinds. We had ours made there a few years ago and are very happy with them. They are located in the business park behind Big C Extra on the superhighway.
