Which Bangkok's hospital is the best when it comes to evaluation, treatment and pain management of cancer?

There is no one best "hospital". Most tertiary level and large private hospital;s have the necessary infrastructure to provide cabncer treament. The issue is to select the best doctor(s).

Pain m,anagement, unfortunately, is a weak area pretty much everywhere in Thailand. there are only a handful of specialists in pain management, including a good one over at Wattanaosth (Bangkok Hospital Cancer Hosp), and a pain clinic at Chulalonghorn.
