Looking for an apartment in patong for may and June help needed!

Featured Replies

Hi guys I'm looking stay in patong for from mid may till mad July, roughly 2 months.

I was wondering how I could get a basic apartment for no more than 7000 baht a month I can't find anywhere online but I know it's possible as I've known people doing it when I've been previously for short times.

Do you have and contacts, suggestions or are renting yourselfs? All info will be greatly appreciated!!!

I'm not sure precisely where they were or street names sorry, butI remember them being quite close to the kee hotel, just round a few street down.

What is meant by "apartment" ?

For 7000/month a room with a shower, fan and no cooking facility might be found somewhere around Nanai Road.

Doubt you will find one to pre book.

However as your arriving in Low Season a bit of leg work should see you fixed up !

I see so best to pre book a room for arrival and hit soi nanai and ask around guesthouses?

I wouldn't even bother pre-booking a room in low season. There are plenty of 500 baht per night rooms on Soi Banzaan. Stay in one of these for a night or two and going walking around Nanai Road. You'll see plenty of the cheaper accommodation you are after along the road, but mostly off on little Soi.

Before you sign up, turn on lights, fan and shower to check they work.
