I would say 5,900 deaths, with teachers being the mostly targeted, would qualify as human rights violations.

Believe it or not teachers are often posted down there if they wish to get on or when they freshly qualify, ive known half a dozen over the years both new and those trying to get a position as say a sub head or head etc. Openings down there come up. I asked the same thing to them is it worth it ? of course most apply to other regions as soon as they arrive but even so..... Can you imagine having to do a tour of duty as a civilian in a zone like that just to get on ?
