im going to the uk shortly and would like to bring two tyres back with me, does anyone know if i can purchase them at halfords or will i have to order online, thanks for any helpful replies in advance.

It's "Schwalbe", mate; it means "swallow" in German. In Germany, every bike shop has a good selection of tyres and Schwalbe is a popular brand. Not sure about the UK, but if Halfords doesn't carry them, who does?
