Thailand already has an appointed Prime Minister. She was appointed by the Thai people......twice.

That is news to me. Yingluck steppef down a while back. Who is the new pm?

You need to read about Politics

the MPs pick the PM not the people

and she has already given up her thrown with the official title on the chair

PTP have a right to rules given to them by the Grand Master

Anything that goes against their right to rule is illegal, even if it is legal

We not want any person out see the government to see the books so they can see how great we have been for Thailand

Pheu Thai party will not accept any responsibility for what is does or has done as we have the peoples mandate to rules like the Grand Master has said

please be aware of the laws regarding lesse majeste

Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand

Thaksin isn't King (yet), so lesse majeste doesn't apply.

Thailand already has an appointed Prime Minister. She was appointed by the Thai people......twice.

Right. Appointed by a criminal. The Thai people already understand it.... slowly.

"Appointed by a criminal"

Only in the minds of the coup-makers and their Elitist instigators.

Coup-mongers demonizing those they coup-mongered in order to justify their power-grab, regardless what judicial wrapping they used, do not criminals make.

If that had been the case, the electoral majority who elected Ms. Y would also be complicit, considering Thaksin's transparent involvement in the election.

End of story.....Back to the topic at hand.

Please explain how YL went from not being involved in politics to being selected as the number 1 party list PTP candidate and then "elected" PM by all their MP's.

What criteria was used to select her? Intelligence, sills, savvy?

She went from nowhere to PM then to PM/DM in sparrow's fart time. In a political party owned by her brother and controlled by her family. But of course that had nothing to do with it. She was chosen totally on merit - and has demonstrated the wisdom of this choice with her astonishing performance in both roles.

She admits she talks to her criminal fugitive brother everyday, and her cousin the FM illegally issued a new Thai passport to him. But this has nothing to do with the positions she's in and she would never use those positions to favor or benefit the wider family.

Thaksin's transparent involvement in the election - <deleted> man, he's a convicted crook with 15 outstanding court cases waiting his return. You see nothing wrong in this?

Probably not, as you still keep going on about YL being elected by a majority even though you know it was less than 50%,

Any 'appointed' PM is just going to bring this country into a state of civil war, he will not carry out any 'reforms', he will be busy battling pro-democracy protesters and/or insurgents, the opposition he is fighting will demand new elections so another PT PM can take the job that belongs to the PT.

It's easy for the anti-democracy fascists to scream 'reform' and 'corruption' every 2 years. In the post WWII era Dictators and Marxist(communist) regimes have ALWAYS used the word 'corruption' and themes such as 'vote-buying' and 'foreign influence' to deny free and fair elections, so when the PAD/PDRC uses this theme it is nothing new. ALL countries have corruption, Thailand is not unique in any way, and of cource the Democrats are also accused of this sin.

Bottom line is that 2 years ago the People of Thailand overwhelmingly voted for Yingluck to be their PM for 4 years, this has been sabotaged by a corrupt judiciary that has brought multiple charges against the PT only AFTER the protests started, if there was so much corruption then where were these cases before November?

There is no point in having a lame-duck PM ostensibly installed to carry out these vague 'reforms' and these are the same reforms that for some reason were never carried out after the coup and were not carried out during the Appointed Abhist government.

The people of Thailand will elect the PT again, and if Yingluck is not banned on that bullshit-manufactured corruption case for 5 years, they will elect her again.

This country has 2 options, democracy or civil war.

Their acceptance of this is about as much use as somebody saying "you can borrow my football but you can't kick it".

It always amazes me how some on who has not lived in Thailand all their lives

Someone who has never studied Thai culture or politics

Is a Guru t all the above

we can all have opinions

but in the end they do not mean a thing

Yingluck has disolved the Thai Parliment Fact

Yingluck is hanging on for life itself Fact

Yingluck an Thaskin have no thoughts for the Thai people Fact

Their will not e an unelected PM Fact

A Caretaker committee will be put together to get things back in order is what the people want

And then New Elections Fact

all other opinions are only that

Personal Opinion which suit the quoters bias one way or another

Those who rant on about not accepting appointed PM should consider that parliament has been dissolved and what we have now is a caretaker cabinet that consists mainly of those who have been APPOINTED and not elected, there are very few of them, if any who actually faced the people through a ballot. Instead having been APPOINTED to revolving chair cabinet posts not because of any skills but mostly for past services rendered after 6 reshuffles in 2 years.

They should also consider that in a few days Yingluck must face the NACC to answer neglect of duty charges and will very likely be found guilty and removed as caretaker MP, then PT will APPOINT another caretaker PM.

It would seem that APPOINTING is ok if it is done by PT, with the blessing of the big boss of course.
