Featured Replies

Girl wants visa to go to UK for a month. Has passport, good business, house etc.

Fills in application form

Vfs takes the money..but website fails to provide an 'appointment' slot...crappy website, anyway!

So she rings them. Oh You have to apply again!! What?! And pay again?! Yes....Why does the appointment application sitewith its stupid capitcha words not work? (3 people, with GLASSES SITTING HERE INPUT CORRECT DATA 20 TIMES)

We don't know. SO WHAT TO DO ? vfs: WE DON'T KNOW!!!!!!!!!

Anyone else have a problem with this?

I don't think that VFS actually take the money, that's probably why they cannot give you an answer.

I'm pretty sure that UKVI use World Pay to collect their fee, in US Dollars of course.

There was a thread about this recently, I will try and find it.

Here's the previous thread, not sure if it helps: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/705150-visa-appointment-not-shown/

Hello Laolover88

I had the same problem with booking the appointment, and after about 20 times of no success we noticed there were more boxes to fill in further to the right. After realising this everything OK, but only gave us a choice of one day. Hope this cures your problem certainly stumped us for a while.
