Had to go to Khaolak today for buisiness.

As my father is here on holidays he came along for the ride.

He fancied an english breakfast so on the way decided to stop off at walkers restaurant to eat.

Have to say one of the best english breakfasts Ive had in a long time.

Proper bacon, sausage with eggs, beans, fried tomatoe and toast. Came with a mug of decent tea and a glass of juice too.

For what i think a good price too 195thb.

Service was good and the staff fluent in english.

Posting just in case any of you guys go over there and fancy a decent breakfast.

And no not in anyway affiliated , just like to give a shout out to a buisiness giving a good service .

Ill be back on friday so another one for me :-)

Yeah that is a popular place to stop on the way to Ranong for a visa run. I a lot of people kept recommending it so I had to stop it on my last Ranong trip. Andrew, the owner, seems like a nice chap.

Would the OP please care to give a hint about the location? Coordinates would be great for my Navi, but I would also appreciate a PM with some details... Thanks a lot!

As you leave the national park heading north first shop houses RHS its the last shop houses on the RHS of those

Painted a brown colour

We go for a drive up there at least once a month, great food breakfast, lunch and dinner

If a restaurant in Rawai had equal food even if more expensive we would eat there regularly

Excellent Thai food as well, try them when passing you will not be disappointed

is no good for a diesel engine, stopped there a couple of times to look around the area

Andrew, Joo and their daughter Enya are really nice people
