Making will in Phuket

Featured Replies

It's about time I wrote a will to cover my Thai assets. There's not a huge amount but as I'm not married, it could be complicated if anything happened.

I've read the sticky that appears somewhere else in the forum and I have a will to cover my non-Thai assets.

So, does anyone know a reasonably priced will-writing service service in Phuket?

I got quoted 10,000 bt for a very simply will leaving my Thai assets to my Thai g/f basically only car ,condo and money in Thai bank, I am pretty sure you don't need a lawyer to make a will as long as it is witnessed by two independent people (not in the will) and done in Thai and your native language and you appoint an executor i think a good friend will do

I will stand corrected on this if I am off the mark
