A Thai lady friend asked me to help her sell her 2 year old Fino.

Some time after she bought the bike she legally changed her name for reason of "lucky."

She has some official document reflecting the name change.

What if any implications does this have on transferring the GB to buyer?

Better check with your local DLT as requirements and rules can vary to each.

She just needs to include a copy of the document where she changed her name, old and new copies of her ID card, and all is good.
