Anyone out there been though the divorce court in Koh Samui / Suratthani? I'm a farang female divorcing a thai husband. There may be a custody case involved too. Any advice and/ or stories of similar experiences appreciated.

As with all legal matters its best you consult with a lawyer. Please for your sake get a lawyer who specialises in this field. dont get one of the Samui Know all lawyers.
