Bought Mitsubishi Mirage October 2012 in Kalasin

Ltd model with built in sat nav

For the last few months when switching on I get message 'maps out of date see dealer'

If I tap message on screen a few times it will disappear and sat nav works as normal.

Went for oil change at the main dealer in Kalasin a few weeks ago, showed the mechanic message on screen, he shrugged his shoulders and went to see his boss.

He returned, shook his head said can not do.I assumed they do not have equipment/computer to update.

Has anyone had their Mistsubishi sat nav updated?

What was the cost and where did you have it done?

Can car accessories shops update sat navs?

I know the maps are about 3/4 years old, on POI it does not show Tesco Lotus Kalasin which has been there at least 3 years

It is not a big deal because the road maps work ok, it depends on cost whether it's worth updating?

Contacted Mitsubishi call centre - was told that i would have to download updates from naviextras.com

Cost 89.95 Euros.

The entertainment unit fitted in 2012 Mirage is a Clarion NX509
