Good to see any group offering to protect the Constitution Court from repeated intimidations by the the red shirts.

Clearly, the police certainly are not up to the task.

Yeh, damn red shirts intimidating the Constitutional Court with their lawsuits and fingers! You stick it to them gangrel! How dare they demand elections and democracy, pure evil! tongue.png

Except, as those of us who are not deranged brainwashed red sheeple know, democracy does not exist in Thailand, in large part thanks to Thaksin and co.s efforts to subvert and pervert it to fit their own wants, and elections are a small part, just 1 principle of democracy, try researching the others then report back to us what you have learnt....

Let me educate you. There are one two important principles that matter in democracy, everything else is just loser opposition whining:

Principle 1. Elections to choose Candidate X

Principle 2. Elections to choose Candidate Y

That's it. You elected Candidate X, the opposition screams and complains and moans a lot, and if they convince enough people, then next time they elect Candidate Y, booting out Candidate X.

Perhaps they scream about transparency or cronyism or lack of ability, or cooperation, or popularist policies, or mistakes and misteps. It makes little difference about what they whine about, it all comes down to whining to try to convince the voters to switch to your guy.

Where you're going wrong is that your Abhisit screams and moans and whines and complains, and he isn't convincing. He doesn't fool enough people, so he doesn't win the next election.

See the real problem with Thailand is the coup backers of the Democrats, they've created a way to bypass elections in 2006. So if Suthep's only way to power was by winning elections, he would never have tried a mob coup. if Abhisit's only way to power was elections, he would be running in elections now instead of boycotting them again.

You undermined elections and then you complain democracy doesn't work because 'red sheeple' don't understand democracy, but it's you lot that don't. It's you lot that undermine it. You're the problem Thailand faces. Your corrupt friends, your back doors to power, your fake polls, your blocking of candidates, your voting = corruption games, your abuse of LM, your blocking of ballots, your lying propaganda, your military killers, your navy seals, and special warfare units.

It's all down to you. You Democrats are the evil in Thailand, and the voters tell you this at the polls each time, but you don't listen.

Yeh, damn red shirts intimidating the Constitutional Court with their

Threats to judges and their families is indeed contemptible, to which the red shirts admit to.

BANGKOK, Sept 25 - Yossawaris Chuklom, also known as Jeng Dokjik, jailed Red Shirt activist and former comedian, confessed in Criminal Court today to having broken the law and promised to refrain from all political activity if he is released on bail.

The court will decide Friday whether to grant him temporary freedom. His wife put up Bt600,000 in cash as bail bond. Mr Yossawaris was jailed last month when his bail was revoked for his alleged intimidation of members of the Constitution Court.

So how exactly will Buddha Issara's mob in 2014 stop a Red Shirt from his angry tirade against the Constitutional judges back in 2012? Will Buddha pray and a time-wormhole will open throwing him back in time?

[added] Look gangrel, yes I get it, you want to hypothesize reasons for Issara to be there. But really he's there to shut down the government, and part of the government being blocked is the courts, so he wants to selectively permit that for cases he wants to happen. But this is not law and order, this is a man with a mob trying to seize power. The army needs to clear this lot out.

She cannot rely on an army that won't protect its own troops from this guard, but will protect the PDRC guard from its own troops!

How about these ? Let me know if you want a few more examples, there are plenty available

Spokesman of the Court of Justice Mr Bovornsak Thawipat said a person who used a pseudo name “Ku Tong Dai Sip Lan Chak Thaksin Nene” (I will get 10 milion baht from Thaksin surely) posted personal information of the Civil Court’s panel of judges involving a case filed by a co-leader of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC) Thavorn Senniem against the caretaker government.

Getting a bit off topic, but I totally agree with our dear blue nose.

Without the Democrat party 'the' voters could all vote for the party which has 'voter respect' in it's statute. With the addition of "till the vote is counted" of course. Politics and especially democracy is too valuable to let it be misused by the simple electorate.

BTW the Democrat party gets between 25% - 35% of votes in general elections they choose to participate in. Now those voters seem to tell a different story.

This guy is no monk. A monk seeks enlightenment and assists others in their quest for enlightenment. He is expected to give up worldly attachments (e.g., money, sex, power, etc.) in order to become enlightened and not be tempted to stray from the path.

This monk is wicked beyond belief. I look forward to the day is is defrocked and sentenced to a good lengthy jail term

How is he "wicked beyond belief"? One may disagree with his conduct as a monk, or find the demonstrations under his leadership annoying and unlawful, even going as far as pinning the guards violent actions on him - Is that "wicked beyond belief"? Really?

Someone's leading a very sheltered life, it seems.

Oh Really? Well how do you rate hero Thaksin then? On the 2,000+ extrajudicial killings during the drug war, the Southerers who died in transport in the trucks under his instructions or the encouragement to pillage & burn Bangers in 2010. The Monk sort of pales in comparison. doesn't he? Many more Thais are waiting to see Thaksin serve the term he has already been convicted & sentenced to.

Thaksin is a Moron and a wanted criminal and he is right up there with this lunatic idiot monk, both will burn in hell holding hands.

Arguable misconduct as monk, holding a (possibly) unlawful prolonged demonstration, might be held responsible for some of guards actions = "burn in hell".

Nothing like a balanced, measured and reasonable comment.
